With the submission of an abstract and the receipt acknowledgement by the conference office, speakers will be pre-registered for the conference.
After the submission deadline, abstracts will be evaluated and confirmed by December 2017.
After the confirmation, each speaker will receive an invoice that must be settled within two weeks after receipt, otherwise abstracts may not be considered in the programme.
Cancellation before 15 January 2018 will be subject to a 50 EUR cancellation fee. After that date 25% of the conference fee will be charged, and from 1st March 2018 the full conference fee will be charged upon cancellation. Delegate substitution by a person who is not already registered may be made at any time.
